Frangipani scent description


There are flowers that belong to a single place in the world. They do not grow in European gardens, are not sold in corner flower shops, and do not dry beautifully between the pages of a book. Frangipani is one of them — a flower of the tropics, of islands, of the warm, humid air after sunset. Frangipani is the fragrance of that air.

The opening is exotic and vibrant. Ylang-ylang — the flower of flowers in many Southeast Asian cultures, with its unique blend of intense floral and slightly fruity facets — opens the fragrance with boldness and charm, accompanied by citrus accents that add brightness and green notes that evoke the damp, dense tropical foliage from which frangipani emerges into the light.
